Welcome to the Amazwi Suites & Cottage, conveniently located in Saugatuck’s downtown historic district, steps away from premier art galleries, shopping, dining, and boating opportunities. The Amani Suite (Zulu for "Peace") and the Ndoto Suite (Zulu for "Dream") are private, fully-equipped, one-bedroom condo/suites with Lake Kalamazoo and Coughlin Park views. Plus, right next door, we have a cozy, 1930s-era fisherman's cottage, called Dumela (Sotho for "Welcome"), with its own private patio space and Adirondack chairs out front facing the same lovely views. All are located across the park from the Saugatuck Center for the Arts where entertainment options range from live theater and music performances to workshops for the accomplished and budding artist, as well as a Farmer’s Market every Friday morning throughout the summer.

$185/night - $1,165/week (7 nights)

Cancellation Policy:

Travelers who book the Suites online via VRBO  and who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the  amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel at least 7 days before check-in  will get back 50% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel less than a week  before check-in, they won’t get a refund.

For travelers who book directly with us, cancellations made 30 days before  check-in will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. For  cancellations less than 30 days before check-in, we will try our best to  re-reserve the Suite on your behalf. If we are successful, you will receive a  full refund, less a $50 processing fee. If unsuccessful, you will forfeit your  deposit. Cancellations less than 72 hours before check-in will be charged for  the entire stay; however, if we are able to rebook the Suite within that  limited timeframe, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee.  Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for inclement weather nor for any  other circumstances beyond our control.  As a very small business we  appreciate your understanding and your interest in the Amazwi Suites.
